EXCELLENCE ADMINISTRATION OF EARLY CHILDHOOD MANAGEMENT OF PRIVATE SCHOOLS IN SAMUT SAKHON PROVINCE

The objectives of this research were to 1) study the excellence administration of early childhood management of private schools in Samut Sakhon province, and 2) compare the excellence administration of early childhood management of private schools in Samut Sakhon province based on teachers’ opinions classified by education level, work experience and school size. The sample consisted of 254 teachers, selected through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a validity (IOC values) between .67-1.00 and a reliability value of .98. The data were statistically analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and LSD. The results of the research were as follows: 1) teachers' opinions towards the excellence administration of early childhood management of private schools in Samut Sakhon province, in overall and particular aspects, were at a high level. The highest mean was the aspect of Skills followed by Style, Systems, Shared values, Staff, Strategy, Structure, and 2) the opinions of teachers, classified by education level, were not significantly different, while teachers’ opinions classified by work experience and school size were statistically significant differences at the .05 level.
