THE RESULTS OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT USING INSTRUCTION FOCUSING ON EXPERIENCE ON PAINTING WORK CREATION OF GRADE 3 STUDENTS

Abstract

This research is an experimental research to study the results of experiential learning in creating paintings of 3rd grade students. The objectives were: 1) to compare learning achievement on painting work creation using instruction focusing on experience for grade 3 students before and after learning, 2) to compare visual arts practical skills on painting work creation using instruction focusing on experience for grade 3 students before and after learning, and 3) Study satisfaction towards learning management. The sample comprised 28 grade 3 students from Anuban Bannuakhemmarat School, gained by cluster random sampling. The instruments used in this research included six learning management plans, a learning achievement test, and a practical skills assessment test. Statistics for data analyzed were mean, standard deviation,and t-test dependent samples.     

The research found that:

1) Students' learning achievement on painting work creation using instruction focusing on experience showed that after learning was higher than before learning statistically significant at the .05 level.

2) Students' visual arts practical skills showed that after learning, they were higher than before learning, statistically significant at the .05 level.

3) Students' satisfaction with learning management was at a high level.
