GENERAL ADMINISTRATION IN THAILAND 4.0 ERA AND DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES BASED ON THE 4 SOCIAL PRINCIPLES OF EDUCATION OPPORTUNITY EXPANDING SCHOOLS UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE PRIMARY EDUCATION AREA, BURIRAN AREA 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study general administrative conditions in Thailand 4.0 era of education opportunity expansion schools. 2) to compare general administrative conditions in the Thailand 4.0 era of education opportunity expansion schools, classified by gender, position. Duty and the size of the school, and 3) to propose development guidelines for general administration in the Thailand 4.0 era based on the 4 Principles of Sangkhahavatthu for education opportunity expansion schools. This study employs a mixed-methods approach. A questionnaire is used as one of the research instruments, with a reliability coefficient of 0.987. An interview protocol is also utilized. The research population consists of school administrators, teachers, school board members, community leaders, and parents affiliated with the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. A total of 169 participants from 18 schools were selected using purposive sampling. Statistics used in quantitative data analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation, frequency, and variance. With t-test, F-test, and content analysis, the results of the study found that the general administrative conditions in the Thailand 4.0 era of the Education Opportunity Expansion Schools. Under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2 is at a high level. The results show that the general administrative conditions in the Thailand 4.0 era of education opportunity expansion schools under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 don’t differ significantly when classified by gender, position, and school size. General administration guidelines in the Thailand 4.0 era and development guidelines according to Sanghawattana's 4 principles of the Education Opportunity Expansion Schools under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 found that there are 5 areas, totaling 11 guidelines: 1) Organization of buildings, Place, and environment: there are 3 approaches. 2) Use of buildings and environment: there are 2 approaches. 3) Maintenance of buildings and environment: There are 2 approaches. 4) Control of buildings and environment: There are 2 approaches. 5) Evaluating the use of buildings. Place and environment have 2 approaches; all 5 aspects can be applied to the 4 SanghaVatthu principles.
