ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES AND INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES FOR BASED ON ARIYASACCA 4 OF THE SCHOOLS UNDER SURIN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

The primary objective of this research endeavor is to examine the existing condition of the internal quality assurance management process within educational institutions governed by the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3; 2) to conduct a comparative analysis of the internal quality assurance management processes of these schools, categorized according to the positions held by teachers. This categorization encompasses the classification of the work experience of both executives and educators, and 3) to propose guidelines aimed at enhancing the internal quality assurance management processes in accordance with the Ariyasacca 4 framework applicable to schools under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, employing a methodological approach that integrates both quantitative and qualitative research techniques. A sample of 112 students, responsible for quality assurance in education at the aforementioned institutions, contributed pivotal information through in-depth interviews, with each participant providing seven distinct responses. The data analysis derived from the questionnaires employed statistical measures including percentage, frequency, mean, and standard deviation, alongside equivalence tests utilizing the T-test.
The research findings were as follows:
1.The prevailing state of quality assurance management within schools, both in totality and in specific domains, was determined to be exceptionally high, with each domain reflecting a high rating across all evaluated paragraphs.
2. The outcomes of the comparative analysis of the internal quality assurance management processes, categorized by position, revealed variations consistent with the initial assumptions; likewise, classifications based on work experience exhibited discernible differences in both overall and individual aspects.
3. The guidelines for the development of the internal management process concerning quality assurance in alignment with the Ariyasacca 4 Principle indicated applicability to the Ariyasacca 4 (the Four Noble Truths) Principles: Dukkha; addressing issues, challenges, and information pertaining to students and schools. The developmental initiatives for students are designed to foster an environment conducive to learning and the incorporation of technology.
