Abstract

This article aims to 1) study the administration of Nong Waeng sub-district administrative organization, Srinarong district, Surin province. 2) Compare the opinions of the people towards the administration of Nong Waeng sub-district administrative organization, Srinarong district, Surin Province, and 3) Suggest guidelines for the management of Nong Waeng sub-district administrative organization in accordance with Buddhist principles, Srinarong district, Surin province. This research study was conducted using a mixed-methods research method, which was a questionnaire survey with a reliability of 0.809 for the entire sample group namely the population in Nong Waeng sub-district is 375 people. The statistics used are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The interviews with 11 people who provide in-depth information are presented as an essay to support the quantitative data.

The research results found that.
1.The overall level of administration of Nong Waeng sub-district Administrative Organization, Srinarong District, Surin Province was at a high level ( = 3.51 S.D. = 0.601). The level of opinions on promoting quality of life was at a high level. 2) The results of the comparison of public opinions on the administration of Nong Waeng Sub-district Administrative Organization, Srinarong district, Surin province, found that People with different genders, ages, education levels, and occupations have different opinions, which rejects the hypothesis. People with different incomes have different opinions, which supports the hypothesis with statistical significance at 0.05. and 3) Administration according to Buddhist principles of Nong Waeng sub-district administrative organization, Srinarong district, Surin province, found that the administration of Nong Waeng sub-district administrative organization has given importance to the performance of duties and has satisfaction. Take responsibility for your duties, love what you do, be happy with your work, diligent (perseverance), diligent, attentive, punctual in duties, mindful, dedicated to work, interested in learning about the work that you are responsible for, and be thoughtful (contemplating and researching).
