THE EFFICIENCY OF COMMUNITY WELFARE FUND MANAGEMENT OF KOH KAEW SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION SAMRONG THAP DISTRICT SURIN

Abstract

This research aims to. 1) Study the level of opinions on the efficiency of community welfare fund management of Ko Kaeo Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Samrong Thap District, Surin Province. 2) Study the factors affecting the efficiency of the management of the community welfare fund of the Ko Kaeo Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Samrong Thap District, Surin Province. 3) Apply Buddhist principles to develop the efficiency of community welfare fund management of Ko Kaeo Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Samrong Thap District, Surin Province. The research methodology is a mixed-method research method, i.e. quantitative research. The sample group is 315 committee members and members of the community welfare fund. The sample group was determined using simple random sampling. The sampling was conducted by drawing lots. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Qualitative research method, the researcher has identified key informants, including Buddhist scholars, community leaders/executives and scholars, and community scholars. In-depth interviews were conducted with 9 individuals. Data were collected by conducting interviews on the specified date, time and location until all issues were covered. Permission was requested to use the recording and audio recording methods for the interviews. Data were analyzed by analyzing the interviews of key informants according to the research objectives, using content analysis techniques and contextual analysis.

The research results found that 1. The level of opinions towards the efficiency of the management of the community welfare fund of the Ko Kaeo Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Samrong Thap District, Surin Province, was overall at a high level (¯x = 4.13, S.D. =0.86). When classified by aspect, it was found that opinions on command had the highest opinions, at a high level (¯x = 4.23, S.D. =0.45). Next in line was the organization aspect at a high level (¯x = 4.18, S.D. =0.46), the control aspect at a high level (¯x = 4.12, S.D. =0.61), the coordination aspect at a high level (¯x = 4.11, S.D. =0.51), and the aspect with the least opinions was the planning aspect at a high level (¯x = 4.03, S.D. =0.92), respectively. 2. Factors affecting the efficiency of community welfare fund management of Ko Kaeo Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Samrong Thap District, Surin Province, Consisting of 1. Internal organizational factors 2. Motivational factors were overall at a high level (¯x =3.99, S.D. =0.83) When classified by each aspect, it was found that motivational factors were at a high level overall (¯x =4.06, S.D.=0.82), while internal organizational factors were at a high level overall (¯x =3.92, S.D.=0.85) 3. Can be developed according to Buddhist principles, namely the four bases of influence, namely, chanda, satisfaction, the staff is satisfied, love for their work or duties. Diligence: Doing one's duty to the best of one's ability, able to solve problems or obstacles that arise. Mind: Attention: Working with determination, the results that come out will be of the highest quality and efficiency. Examination: Considering and researching, using intelligence to examine various errors.
