The Use of Thai Learning Activity Package Based on Intertextuality Theory to Enhance the Creative Reading Abilities of Grade 3 Students

Abstract

The purposes of this research article were 1) to develop the Thai learning activities package based on intertextuality theory for grade 3 students In order to enhance the package’s proficiency to reach the criteria of 80/80 2) to compare the creative reading abilities of grade 3 students from pre-test and post-test scores of  grade 3 students by using the Thai learning activities package based on intertextuality.  The sample group used in the research was 16 persons of grade 3 students at Bannong-umlua school. The research tools were 1) the packages of Thai language teaching activities which were based on intertextuality theory 2) the creative reading abilities test. Quantitative Data Analysis by using Arithmetic Mean, Standard Deviation, and T-Test. The Finding of this research found that 1) The Thai learning activities package based on intertextuality theory for grade 3 students can reach 80.83/80.62 according to the criteria of 80/80. 2) the p-value of grade 3 students post-test for creative reading abilities is more than .05 statistical significance which is higher than the pre-test.
