กลยุทธ์การพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ

บทคัดย่อ
กลยุทธ์การพูดภาษาอังกฤษมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งต่อการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสาร งานวิจัยแบบผสมผสานเชิงพรรณนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากลยุทธ์การเรียนรู้การพูดภาษาอังกฤษ ปัญหาอุปสรรค และแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาในการเรียนรู้ทักษะการพูดของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 วิชาเอกภาษาอังกฤษ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเชิงปริมาณประกอบด้วยนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 จำนวน 106 คน (สาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจ 46 คน และสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต 60 คน) ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชาการฟังและการพูดในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2569 โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ สำหรับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพได้ทำการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้างกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 10 คน ซึ่งใช้วิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจงจากผู้ที่มีคะแนนแบบสอบถามต่ำที่สุด ข้อมูลถูกนำมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระ (Thematic analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า:
- ในภาพรวม นักศึกษามีการใช้กลยุทธ์การเรียนรู้การพูดภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.60, S.D. = 0.93) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า กลยุทธ์ทางสังคมมีการใช้สูงสุด ( = 3.74, S.D. = 0.96) รองลงมาคือ กลยุทธ์การชดเชย กลยุทธ์ทางอารมณ์ความรู้สึก กลยุทธ์อภิปัญญา และกลยุทธ์ด้านความจำ ซึ่งล้วนอยู่ในระดับมาก ขณะที่กลยุทธ์ทางปัญญาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.26, S.D. = 0.84);
- อุปสรรคสำคัญในการพูดประกอบด้วย 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ข้อจำกัดด้านภาษาและคำศัพท์ ปัจจัยด้านจิตวิทยาและอารมณ์ความรู้สึก และปัญหาด้านการฟังและการออกเสียง
- แนวทางหลักในการแก้ไขปัญหาของนักศึกษา คือ การใช้กลยุทธ์ทางอารมณ์และการชดเชย การฝึกฝนด้วยตนเองและการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อ และการใช้กลยุทธ์ทางสังคม
