THE IMPACT OF WASTE PROCESSING PLANTS INTO ELECTRICAL ENERGY OF GARBAGE DISPOSAL STATION, KHONKAEN MUNICIPALITY

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were 1) To study the impact of waste processing plants into electrical energy, KhonKaen Municipality 2) To analyze the impact factors that people receive after operating waste processing plants into electrical energy. The sample population of 399 persons and the tool used of this research was questionnaire. The data analysis was conducted by the means of the computer software to find the rates of Percentage, Mean, and Exploratory Factor Analysis with Principle Component Analysis, Varimax Orthogonal Rotation and employing Factor Score Coefficients from 0.30 and above.

          The Research outcomes are revealed as follows:

          The impact of waste processing plants into electrical energy, KhonKaen Municipality have a moderate impact. Factors affecting people after operating a waste electricity processing plant can be summarized into 3 components which are 1) Environmental, Social and Health impacts 2) Economic impacts and 3) Safety and Living impacts.
