REPORT ON THE RESULTS OF THE TEACHER QUALITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN LEARNING MANAGEMENT THAT FOCUSES ON LEARNER COMPETENCY AT NONGHAN INDUSTRIAL AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION COLLEGE

Abstract

          The objectives of project performance were to 1) study the result of teachers’ quality development project “learning management focus on competency based learner of Nonghan Industrial and Community Education College, 2) compare teachers’ knowledge about learning management focus on competency based learner of Nonghan Industrial and Community Education College, and 3) study the comment or suggestion of teachers about this project. The objectives of this research were: (1) To study the project performance; (2) To report on the results of the teacher quality development project in learning management; and (3) To study the satisfaction, opinions and recommendations towards teacher quality development projects in learning management that focuses on learner competency., standard deviation  and content analysis for qualitative data.

          The research results were revealed as follows:  

1. The result of implement teachers' quality development project of learning management focus on competency based learner of Nonghan Industrial and Community Education College were found; before develop the teachers have knowing about learning management focus on competency based learner at the moderate level.      


2. The result of compared mean of teachers’ knowledge were found; after develop the teachers have knowledge about learning management focus on competency based learner at the very good level, that showing the teachers have good up after develop by the project because the mean of after develop higher more than before develop.


3. The teachers were satisfied with the teachers’ quality development project for learning management development focused on competency based learner of Nonghan Industrial and Community Education College overall was at the highest level (Mean 4.53) with comments or suggestions is to develop the measurement and evaluation of learners’ authentic assessment, Administrators should be invite lecturer with specialized knowledge in educational measurement to provide direct knowledge and share techniques of the measurement science for building the understand and be able to practice with more effectively.
