Abstract

This research aimed to study the creative leadership of school administrators, the effectiveness of schools, the relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of schools, and the development strategies for the creative leadership of school administrators that impact the effectiveness of schools under the local administrative organizations in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The sample group consisted of 261 teachers. Data were analyzed using statistics such as percentages, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. The overall level of creative leadership of school administrators was found to be high. Among the dimensions, trust had the highest mean, while flexibility had the lowest mean. 2. The analysis of the effectiveness of schools under local administrative organizations showed an overall high level. The highest mean was found in the ability to adapt and develop the school, while the lowest mean was in students' academic achievement. 3. The creative leadership of school administrators significantly influenced the effectiveness of schools under local administrative organizations in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The overall relationship was very high, with the highest correlation coefficient found in flexibility, at .881. 4. The development strategies for creative leadership impacting school effectiveness indicated that school administrators need to have a clear vision of the entire organization, understand every aspect of the school’s work, and value small achievements made by teachers, which contribute to student and organizational benefits. Adequate management experience is necessary. Additionally, administrators should build networks for organizational support, both directly and indirectly. They must be leaders who plan effectively, have a clear vision for future management, and set clear goals.
