Abstract

This research aimed to study were 1) to study the level of transformational leadership of school, 2) to study the effectiveness of Schools administration, 3) to study the relationship of transformational leadership of school administrators related to the effectiveness of Schools administration 4) to study the transformational leadership of school administrators that affect the effectiveness of Schools administration. The sample group used in this research consisted of 341 school administrators and teachers, which were determined by the sample size from the Krejcie and Morgan table and stratified random sampling according to school size. Five-rating scale questionnaire was use as instruments; the reliability of the entire questionnaire was 0.975, the discrimination ranging between 0.712 - 0.919. Data was analyze using ready-to-use computer program to search for frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, correlation Pearson product moment coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research found that:1. Overview of the transformational leadership of school administrators was at a high level. The highest mean score was Intellectual Stimulation followed by Inspirational Motivation and the lowest mean score was Idealized Influence. 2. Overview of the effectiveness of Schools administration has a high level. The highest mean score was the Budget management followed by the Human resource management and the lowest mean score was Academic administration. 3. There was a significant relationship between transformational leadership administrators of schools and effectiveness of Schools administration. As a whole, there was a positive correlation and statistically significant at the .01 level.4. The transformational leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of Schools administration, consisted of the Being visionary, Individualized Consideration and the Idealized Influence affect and predict the effectiveness of Schools administration under the Office of the Primary Education Service Area, Khon Kaen Area 5 with the percentage of 55.50 and it was statistically significant at 0.01
