Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1) to study the current conditions and desired conditions of the operation of the student support systems in Sritrang Cluster School Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Trang Krabi. 2) To study the Necessary needs for student support systems in Sritrang Cluster School Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Trang Krabi. 3) To study guidelines for developing student support systems in Sritrang Cluster School Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Trang Krabi, data collection was used by interviewing school directors in Sritrang Cluster School Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Trang Krabi, there were 7 people and used questionnaires to collect data with teachers who are responsible for the student support system. of the student support systems in Sritrang Cluster School Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Trang Krabi, there are 124 people.
The research results were found that:
1.The current conditions in the operation of the student care and support system of schools in Sritrang Cluster School Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Trang Krabi, is overall at a high level. and desirable conditions for operating the student support systems at the highest level the highest level
2. The necessary needs is prevention and solving student problems, No. 2 is student promotion, No. 3 is knowing students individually and referring students, and No. 4 is selection. Filter students in order.
3. Schools should develop a system for caring for and supporting students in all 5 areas: knowing students individually; Student screening; Promote students; Prevention and problem solving and Forwarding side to develop a student support system by relying on the cooperation of all sectors and keeping students as the main focus.
