บทคัดย่อ

This academic article aims to examine the role of PISA in promoting global competence among Thai students by analyzing test results in the context of Thailand and comparing them with international benchmarks. The findings indicate that Thai students scored below the international average, including in the Global Competence assessment of 2018. This highlights the significance of PISA in advancing Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and underscores the necessity of improving the education system. It also emphasizes the need for curriculum development that fosters cultural diversity, teacher training that focuses on practical application and Active Learning, and problem-solving in a global context to ensure long-term sustainability.
