การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจังหวัดปทุมธานี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษาจังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูผู้สอนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษาจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 339 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และดัชนีความจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับสภาพปัจจุบันของระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄ = 4.06, S.D.= 0.767), 2) ระดับสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄ = 4.24, S.D.= 0.862) และ 3) การประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษาจังหวัดปทุมธานี ลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม (PNImodified = 0.52)
